I work for the VA as an audiologist, which means I cannot see family and friends who are not Veterans as patients. For this reason, I have referred several relatives to Dr. Condill, and they have all been thrilled with their experiences. We both earned our doctorates from the same audiology program, so I am very familiar with his training and expertise. Dr. Condill is excellent. He was kind, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and even brought up helpful considerations I hadn’t thought of. I appreciated his honesty and how thorough he was — even giving me guidance on what I needed to do before my visit. Great guy and a great doctor. Highly recommend!
Ms. Holly was incredibly kind and helpful. She provided me with valuable information on how to properly clean and maintain my grandmother’s hearing aids. Hearing aid was sent out in May for repairs. Now here in August it goes out for service again and just got them back yesterday August 28th and told it was a new hearing aid. Well today it died again. Looked up serial number and compared to my notes from my previous audiologist and it the same hearing aid. Not a happy camper.
