My home warranty program paid for the replacement of my air conditioning handler unit in November 2017 by your company. I had to call you back because it was installed improperly and had to be redone (water pouring out of the ceiling). Today it quit working and requires a new transformer and blower motor. The serviceman looked up the serial number for the motor and its registered for warranty expiration in April 2015. How is that possible when it wasn’t installed until 2017? This company did a full install and opened a permit with the county and did not notify the county to do final inspection, being that it was under warranty we were unaware now we are having issues with the county about trying to close permit and get this company to answer the phone or return a call.THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!
