John Dannel's (Broker-owner) company ethos is laughable. His behavior is actionable and he is amenable to suit. He has messed with the wrong homeowner.
Look at the petty, angry way the owner of this company responds to negative reviews on here, and you’ll get a sense of what he’s like as a landlord. Steer clear of any property managed by this company. No home is worth the headache these people will cause you.
