1 star If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it came time to move out and receive my security deposit. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an exhausting dispute over hundreds of dollars in charges that I do not believe were properly supported or justified. John Dannel's (Broker-owner) company ethos is laughable. His behavior is actionable and he is amenable to suit. He has messed with the wrong homeowner.
Look at the petty, angry way the owner of this company responds to negative reviews on here, and you’ll get a sense of what he’s like as a landlord. Steer clear of any property managed by this company. No home is worth the headache these people will cause you.
My husband and I outgrew our small apartment and needed to find a new home for our next chapter. Our experience with the rental process of CFRP Realty has been great. Expectations have been transparent and comprehensive. Karen was prompt with scheduling a viewing of the property and answered all of our questions. Very communicative and this was appreciated.
