Dental office wanted medical consultation from primary Dr before having a filling done. Absolutely ridiculous!

Worse experience ever in scheduling department. So glad I decided not to reschedule for the for the 3rd time. It would have put the original appointment 6 months out. They dropped the ball and didn’t even attempt to repair the mistake. Probably a good indication of how the dentistry staff operates.

I have been a dental patient at this clinic since Dec 2022. The first appointment involved trays, exam and a good cleaning by a dental hygienist. I was nit examined by a dentist. The second visit in June 2023 was for a cleaning. During my appointment in December 2023, I was weighed (?) and then given a very perfunctory cleaning. When I asked about the yearly xrays, I was told, "Maybe we'll do that next time." Then she said she was going to do a cancer check, which involved me opening my mouth and her briefly looking inside. ... read more

I give them 3 stars cause I don't like the idea of not letting and adult go in back with their child or grandkids under 13 years old. Parents do not leave your kids alone any were not even for 10 minutes. We go to the orthodontist and adult's are allowed to go back with the their kids that are under 18.
