All I can say is that this company and management are terrible!!! They said they would come out to our house to check our system. Then the tech cancelled on us 4 times!! The last two times on the same day! Then I called the manager and he said, Oh, we don;t do homes, there is too much liability. Stay away from this company.
I have been working with this company over the last year and half and have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Responsive, Reliable, Professional and pricing is on the mark. I would recommend them highly.
This is your “Go to” fire protection company! Clint was super great at communicating with me from the start. We had a broken system that needed immediate and extensive repair. He was quick professional and got the job done. If you want good reliable service, call them!
I would not use these guys again. Not worth the delays and arguments we had with them a couple years ago.
A business can only survive if they know how to treat people with respect. Choose to work with businesses that are professional and courteous to everyone they work with. This was not my experience with this company.
