Dr. Beth was wonderful, and the front desk employee was great. The exam was thorough, she was kind and empathetic and explained everything in an easy to understand way. I felt heard and well taken care of. Will definitely be back.
Received a thorough exam by Beth Hart-Carlock, OD and can highly recommend an eye exam here. Staff is friendly and did not have a long wait - was in and out in no time.
Would give zero stars if I could. Twice I made an appointment and took off work and twice they called and cancelled the same day of my appointment. Today they cancelled my 3:30PM appointment at 2:45PM "because the doctor sick". Same excuse as the first time a week ago. Why didn't they cancel all appointment s for two weeks instead of waiting until literally the last minute. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
