This doctor was unbelievably disrespectful And rude. My father went to see him because of arm and muscle pain, which then he referred him to a cardiologist. The cardiologist was able to find some things which my father will need a procedure for. During his most recent visit with Dr.Mejer, my father was asking who the surgeon would be, and he preferred a younger surgeon. I experienced extremely rude customer service at the front desk. After confirming with my insurance provider that the doctor’s office was in-network, I called to schedule an appointment. The person who answered repeatedly interrupted me by asking, ‘What insurance do you have?’ in a dismissive tone. Despite my attempts to explain, she continued to talk over me. Frustrated and unable to communicate effectively, I ended the call. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Been going here for almost 3 years now. Very kind and helpful staff. Everyone is bilingual in English and Polish. Also Dr Mejer specializes in nutrition and will first opt for lifestyle changes+supplements over a bunch of medication right away to help with your health needs and goals. Love going here.
