I previously had good experiences here, but lately their customer service is non-existent. I've been leaving messages, and filled in the online appointment request, and haven't heard back from anyone. No one has answered the phone at any point over the past two weeks, and I've called multiple times a day. At this point I will have to look for a new optometrist since I can't seem to be able to schedule an appointment here.
Is it possible to leave less than one star? Central Eyes came very highly recommended and initially I could see why. My exam was thorough and informative....Selecting, paying for and ultimately receiving my glasses has been a completely different story. From taking almost 4 weeks to receive (when I was quoted 2) to finally when I received a message to pick up my glasses only to find the office closed @ 10:15 on a Wednesday. Great doctor. Very thorough and informative
Shirley E Bland I paid for 2 eyeglasses to be fitted with my new prescription on 8/6. As of 10/7, I have only received 1 pair back. The 1st pair took 1 month to receive. This office is never open and never returns phone calls. I am elderly and need my glasses. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend using this company. This review would not allow me to post 0 stars so I gave them 1
