Shirley E Bland I paid for 2 eyeglasses to be fitted with my new prescription on 8/6. As of 10/7, I have only received 1 pair back. The 1st pair took 1 month to receive. This office is never open and never returns phone calls. I am elderly and need my glasses. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend using this company. This review would not allow me to post 0 stars so I gave them 1

I used to go here for all my Optical needs but unfortunately Dr. Jeffrey Stark made a BIG mistake in my written eye prescription. He tested my eyes on a Friday so maybe he was tired. But he was very abrupt and seemed Out of Sorts. Ultimately, I had to wait several weeks for my glasses and they were WRONG! At the time I was teaching online and my eyes were burning and I had to wait ANOTHER month to get another pair. l was lucky that The Optician (who does NOT earn 6 Figures) found The Mistake. This location continues to reduce the days/hours it is available for business. Now they are only open 3 days a week, and during hours most people are at work themselves. Not sure how they plan to stay in business. I am going to a different eye glass provider that is actually open on the weekends and one night during the evening.
