I had a great experience with this clinic. Professional doctors and exemplary service!
Doctors and staffs are nice. But the receptionist knows nothing about customer service, very rude and unfriendly.
I called central eye to ask about a referral that was faxed to them. The receptionist said she left a message to a number. Unfortunately, the number she sent to was a wrong number so I mentioned it’s a wrong number. She said “well I left a message to such and such number.” So am on the phone with you now so let’s make an appointment.. lol!!! And I asked what’s the average wait time. Staff extremely unfriendly and rude. Very unprofessional attitude. Treats you like you are in a slaughter house and just rushing you through for slaughter. Try someplace else.
If you walk in with a smile, joke a bit, be relaxed and not "pushy" or a complainer (as so many people are), I find that the service for me and my wife is very good at Central Eye. Sure there are wait times, but what medical office doesn't have that problem -- because of the flow of patients! I have spent 40 minutes with my family doc and also as little as 5 minutes (just for refills); it all depends on the matters at hand. Patience, patience, patience -- and a modicum of understanding.
