The costumer service is very bad. My daughter had an appointment at 11. We kept waiting until 11:45. Everyone who came after us got in before us and we kept waiting there.
worse Eye Clinic specialists in Surrey! they care more about giving customer Eye Drops than actual Eye Health, I also got a serious eye infection from this Clinic, due to giving me Zalatan Eye Drops. They Claim they had no idea how i get a "Viral" eye infection when I was here 3 days ago and they Claim my eyes were "Amazing" then they said I had to take these Eye Drops which were the cause of the Viral Infection!
Great place to have your eyes checked. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The doctors are excellent. The equipment they use is top-notch. I'm glad the clinic was recommended to me.
I had a great experience at this eye clinic. The front desk staff, nurses, and the doctor were all professional, friendly, and punctual. From check-in to the end of my consultation, everything was smooth and efficient — the entire visit took just about 30 minutes! I really appreciate how clearly everything was explained to me, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommended! Thank you again for the excellent care!
