I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic today. I arrived for what was scheduled as an eye surgery appointment, but Doctor Myneni’s assistant initially told me there was no record of my surgery—only a “possible” procedure. After some confusion, it was eventually confirmed that I was in fact booked for surgery. What made the experience even more concerning was that the doctor’s assistant used the eye pressure machine incorrectly and pressed it directly onto my eye twice. Great experience from front staff on through to Dr Sutton. He was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He did an amazing job on my blepharoplasty. Highly recommend
Not a fan, like a meat market for eyes. They have way too many people and appointments, way above what their capacity and space are capable of. This affects the care and service. Doctor see you and don't even introduce themselves. Really bad setup and organization, highly recommend you avoid this place.
My spouse had an appointment at the clinic for the first time, and we where met by very pleasant workers. We arrived 20 minutes earlier then.his appointment and we still didn't wait long. He had his eyes checked and then what seemed like less then 5 minutes we seen the eye doctor. There is plenty of parking it was a.very pleasant experience.
Very disappointed experience to see Dr.Hugo Sutton. New patient. Saw him twice and decided not to see him anymore. During the two visits, he didn’t even see my eyes. All he did was to 10 seconds talk with his assistant and document like he read patients’ minds. How could it let me trust it’s my real situation. It’s kind of abusing the medical system. This kind of behavior for patients is unacceptable and should been regulated by related authorities.
