The entire experience from start to finish was the most bizarre I have ever experienced in 35 years. After leaving my favorite dr. downtown and moving to the suburbs, this company was recommended by a few family members. When I made the appointment for an annual check up and needing contacts, they did not ask for any kind of information, previous history, etc. When I got there, they asked if I had brought my previous prescription, I had not because well, I was never told to.
