Was very quick to come out. Tech was friendly and explained everything and answered my questions. Stated work was guaranteed and to call if I had any further issues. I still have bees in the house. Have called 3 times to an answer of "let me see when I can fit you in" and "we don't really do inside work" So there's my guarantee. Thankfully the price was reasonable so I'm not out a small fortune, but the principal of the matter is poor professionalism.
