I was referred to this escrow company by a friend. My assigned escrow officer was Catherin Nguyen who all I can say was rude, disrespectful and incompetent. This was my first home purchase so I didn't know much about the process so of course I am going to have lots of questions. This individual made so many due date, address errors and failed to explain to me many of the entries in the documents I was signing.
