My wife fell and I called 911 for help. Central EMS came. She was a little bit off but somewhat aware and initially did not want to go to the hospital. The EMT (whose job is to assess the possible pb caused by the accident) considered that, since she did not want, he would not bring her. I have to really insist to have them bring he to the hospital. Turns out she had an internal bleeding in her brain and could have been fatale. SHAME ON YOU CENTRAL FOR LAKING OF JUDGEMENT.

Cienna and Emily picked me up from Northside Hospital transporting to AG Rhodes Wesley Woods in DeKalb County for further evaluation. They were professional courteous and kind. Making me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

My husband is at Arbor Terrace in cumming. They were called to his past Sunday arrived approx 4 pm. Was told by Central that we had to go to the Trama hospital in Roswell. Explained I wanted to go to Northside Forsyth. We are on hospice!! Found out from team that took my husband back to arbor terrace. If they pick up they have to stay, if not admitted they will take back to facility. These people didn’t want to stay. If anyone is on Hospice. You have can dictate the hospital! This will never happen to me or my family !

I was billed 4700 for a 20 minute ride from north forsyth to north fulton hospital. Non emergency just a transport.

This company has some horrible workers . Some are nice . they transport my nephew who is disable and they made some remarks they shouldn’t have been made. to the workers if you don’t like your job or don’t have a passion for any one regardless their problem than find a new job. My nephew should have been treated as a human like he is . I will like an manager or someone to reach out to me
