Who plans an emergency? I tried to set up a payment plan and denied!! The staff is rude and not willing to help! I pray that they won't be in a situation such as mine where they need someone's help and get treated as poorly as I have been.
Office staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. Poor customer service which shows how the company has sub-standard goals for the patient and their ultimate care.
