Excellent service very knowledgeable
Dropped of a TV for diagnostic and repair. My 5 year old 55" Samsung TV had horizontal lines on it. A lady greeted me and told me to drop off the TV at their back entrance because it is easier and nobody can help me in the front entrance. Lady just took my name, address and number and never gave me a receipt. My mistake was not asking her for a receipt. I guess I trusted them so much with my TV. Sam came over right away, after Costco delivery only plugged our new LG TV in and left us in a quandary as to how to get it to work! Thank you, Sam, for turning a very aggravating situation into a great experience! We highly recommend Central Electronics and Sam!
