Answer your phone calls for one. I never get any one to pick up there. I need to find out what time my appointment is today. If I don't show up, you sure as hell will charge me for not showing up. ANSWER YOUR PHONE! Pressing 0 does not work as instructed on your message during business hours. You just keep getting the message repeating.
They have no idea what they are doing here. From scheduling to insurance questions, to the dentist doing the work. I went in saying I knew I had a cavity. Dentist told me that a cavity was not possible. He stated my enamel needed work, began working on my tooth without telling me what he was doing. 5 min into this he says, “ you might have a cavity.” That is when he decided to take an X-ray, stop what he was doing, and then told me I needed to go to an endodontist and he couldn’t help me. They did a horrible job on my wifes upper denture and padded the bill on her . She gags on these upper dentures and they never fitted right
Would give this -5 stars if possible. This place makes me understand why people hate going to the dentist. I had been going somewhere else for 27 years, but because of insurance I had to go to this place. Waited 30 minutes only to have the worst cleaning of my life. My mouth feels NO cleaner after leaving. I only left with bloody gums and a bad taste in my mouth. They had only “polished” my teeth with an old piece of equipment that broke halfway through. I visited yesterday for some dental needs since I hadn't visited in 10+ years. I arrived early to get my paperwork in order and was seen earlier than my appointment time. The dental hygienist was very warm and polite and was quick to start my x-rays. I didn't have to wait very long before the wonderful Dr. Bob popped in to introduce himself and begin my cleaning. I recently had to have five fillings replaced, and Dr Cohn did a fantastic job, no problems and my bite is perfect. She's a very skilled dentist whom I highly recommend!
Dr. Ojjeh has been our family dentist for years. He thoughtfully explains procedures and answers questions. He has enabled our visits to be a pleasant experience even for our most anxious family members. I highly recommend him.
I have severe dentist anxiety and they were kind, gentle, explained everything and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. The office staff is kind and efficient.
