Friendly staff but a few problems with consistent hours. Many times I have shown up to pick up my prescription and they close their doors well before the operation hours have ended. Also, I have had issues with getting refills because of miscommunication between them and the dr office.
I had a very concerning experience at this pharmacy and feel it is important to warn others. When I received my medication, I noticed that a sticker had been placed over the original label on the box, hiding the actual name of the medication. This immediately raised concerns for me because patients have the right to clearly see and verify what medication they are receiving. I find the staff here helpful and the pharmacist always makes sure you know all the details regarding your prescription. Been with them for many years
Only reason this establishment is getting 1-star is b/c you have to put something in order to leave a review. Where do I start... Well, I'll start with rude employees. What happened to the quality customer service in this city? Since when is it acceptable to HANG UP on clients? Since when is it acceptable to blame someone for trying to HELP someone else?
