I ordered my door from Home Depot and they were the installer. After fist inspection we discussed on multiple calls to change door insulation to lighten it so the opener would work. We made these changes after their office talked to people within and confirmed it would work. Come installation day they show up with no garage door opener and say the door is too big and they can’t do anything. They say it was Home Depot fault but that just isn’t true because the shop was involved in all these discussions and we made the changes... read more
