My daughter bought me a mother's ring for Christmas including all 5 my kids birthstones..one of the accent diamonds had fallen out..we called them they had us send it back..2 weeks later we received it fixed and cleaned..it's such a beautiful piece of jewelry..they even included an apology note and a free pair of zirconia earrings..thank you Central Diamond I feel complete again..thank you for your promptness on this situation as well.
I had the best experience today. We ordered a necklace with a family tree of birthstones on Amazon. We forgot a new member of the family and called them to see if we could get it fixed before the holidays. They were so nice and said not only would they fix it but we were able to wait and bring it home!! So awesome !!! I highly recommend this jewelry store !! Go see them The necklace by the way is so beautiful !!
