3 visits, 3 bad experiences. Shame on me for letting them dissapoint me again. Rude, unorganised with shocking time management and dissapointing customer service. All 3 opiontments over 40 min delay and upon questioning the receptionist response was you are welcome to go somewhere else. They charge us $70 no showing fee but they can make you wait 40 minutes to an hour. With a 2.2 star rating it's a shame on us to even consider this place.
A very painful punch biopsy on my chest with zero compassion shown. It was later diagnosed by another specialist as melanoma. Fast forward to another punch biopsy on eyebrow & I was trembling, this doctor asked why & advised me “the anaesthetic used was out of date” verbatim.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ingrid at Central Dermatologist Clinic while seeking treatment for a keloid scar I’ve had since I was three. Having previously received corticosteroid injections for it at the Royal Children’s Hospital, I was fully aware of the potential pain and the steps taken there to ensure patient comfort.
