I booked this appointment because I had tooth pain and expected to have the painful tooth treated. Before my visit, I was offered a hygiene appointment and was told it was fully covered too, so I agreed. After the exam, the dentist confirmed I needed a root canal. However, when I returned for the treatment, I was told I had to pay over $700 because the hygiene and X-rays had used up my insurance coverage. Went to this clinic after watching an ad on Instagram where the Manager says "FREE TEETH WHITENING" and when i went to clinic they did a basic cleaning and i left and i called them back asking about the teeth whitening so they hand over me a cheap $5-$10 whitening kit which she haven't mentioned in the ad that they are offering this cheap kit. I have to go back and pickup this kit as they forgot to give me at my visit lol. So avoid going here if you are expecting the actual teeth whitening.

This is my first time visiting. The dentists are friendly as well as the staff. It’s been great!
At central Dental Family Dentistry all the staff and Doctors are welcoming, patients, caring , friendly and assuring all will be okey. I was so scared and afraid when I visited but thedoctor assuaredand supported me letting me know all will be fine.
