My ins carrier provide the list of dentists. I choose one close. I called and had to repeat my name 3 times becuz the receptionist choose to have a conv with someone in the ofc. I hung up. She cost the dentist a patient. I ckd the list again and chose Dr Mohsin Mahmood. There was NO disappoint with scheduling my appt with a sweet and courteous receptionist whom I didn’t have to repeat myself. Central Dental Care is the best dental office in town! Alicia is amazing from the moment she greets you, she makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stand out. She takes the time to explain everything, is incredibly gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. Dental visits can be stressful, but Alicia makes the entire experience so pleasant. She is a true asset to the office and someone you can tell loves what she does. Highly recommend!
