I made an intake appointment with this office. Their policy is that all intakes are done in person, and would not allow me to complete mine virtually. I was scheduled to appear in person on 4/4/24, but due to sleet that day I called the office and received the following automated response: "Hi, you reached Central CT Anxiety OCD - our office is closed" This was their message on that inclement weather day, and it was the same message when I called again today, on 4/11.
