through years of "treatment" and mental health care through these services i can safely say this place is horrible. i was misdiagnosed multiple times with things that were obviously incorrect, therapist completely ignored a majority of what id said, staff never keeping their word and even being absent to the appointments they'd made. not to mention i was told a patient was hospitalized due to neglience of a staff member not making a call when they were told to. i really hope others experiences were better, but i truly feel t... read more
This by far is one of the worse mhmr clinics I have had to deal with yet , we were referred to them by Scott and white in temple Texas in April but yet have not been able to get the correct medication prescribed nor a complete evaluation done properly by the staff . My mother was approved for home visits last month due to her severe condition and no one yet has went out to check on her mental status nor have they filled any medication that we are requesting not to mention they refuse to call around to get records the provide... read more

Due to inept funding... CCS is overwhelmed by case load, insufficient staffing and red tape to justify anything more than Chemically lobotomizing the majority of those whom need (and will never recieve) therapy!
