About two years ago my ex was going here and she decided to speak up that she was taking prescriptions that weren't hers. I was surprised and bombarded by this information so I was taken to the back to be informed about it. Two ladies a drug counselor and another counselor were there in pretty sure my ex blamed me but that's how manipulative she was....to make a long story short. First experience ever play make you go through this process when you have a minor child who is on spectrum because BSW has an 18-month waitlist for behavioral Management and then you turn around and have to make an appointment with them and supply all of this documentation which is okay that's fine but the woman on the phone is absolutely rude she makes the process difficult and overwhelming.
This place is Garbage. You have to jump through hoops just to get your medication every time it runs out and they like to forge your signature on documents.
I have always felt comfortable coming here since 2008. Everyone I've seen, from my Doctors to my Caseworkers, & even to the front reception staff have always been so good to me ! I've always felt at peace here.
