You get what you pay for. Jacksonville office is so rude and unhelpful. I don't write reviews about anywhere, but I am just baffled at the unprofessional staff. Get care credit or go in debt going somewhere else because its really not worth it.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about cchc. No one has ever been rude or disrespectful! They are all so nice it’s like my own family!!!!

I have had the most frustrating time trying to get my medications refilled. The pharmacy has called multiple times trying to get ahold of the physician I see & she has failed to return the call. Due to this I have had to go 4 days without the medications I need. I do not reccomend going here.
