I came in as a crisis patient and they were able to send me to a mental health facility and paid for my stay there, and now I am starting services there to work on my mental health. So far all the staff I have interacted with has been friendly and professional and I have not had any bad experiences so far.
These women are so nice. Cheri is so nice and professional and gladly pours from her cup to help fill anothers cup but don't get her twisted. Dr. ALYCE THANK YOU!!

Sherri whatever her name is very unprofessional at the Killeen location. Go to Temple for better services. These reviews about front desk are very true. The black ladies are unprofessionals . If you don’t like your job go work else where.
