I've been seeing Dr. Dada for a few years now. He has always been attentive to my needs, and very accommodating for my needs. For example, in order to help reduce my healthcare costs, he would see me every 3 months instead of monthly, when appropriate - when things got worse or changes happened to my meds, he suggested seeing me monthly, which makes sense. Very professional , everyone is pleasant. All so helpful.
Absolutely terrible service. I went as a referral from my PCP one time. Spent a half our telemed call with one of their ‘doctors’. He was 10mins late for a 30min appointment and sent me an excessively hefty bill. Their office is hard to reach and inconsistent with their billing. They went 8months without sending a bill and then sent a threatening letter thereafter. Absolutely unacceptable.
