On Feb. 29 th of 2024 I was behind truck number 6312 getting off 101 North at Montogue . Something fell from the truck around the chute area and cracked my window and put 5 chips in it . I contacted the company and the manager said he would do an investigation. Never called me back and when I did call back they denied any wrong doing said they had cameras at their plant and everything looked fine when the driver left .
