Good selection of hardware They have a very wide selection of hardware ( including server hardware ). They have pretty good prices. They don't have retail items like laptops and such. I've gone to this store quite a few times and it's a pretty good store.
Predatory and Inept After ignorantly enriching this business for years, my nearly 70-year-old friend consulted me on his perpetually crashing system that was originally purchased from them and that their repair department had just returned to him. A+ Great I really liked this computer store, they helped me out when I was clueless about what to get for my computer. They helped me find what I needed and didn't try to include other things I didn't need. Great place to buy and great customer service. Has the lastest technology and great prices to boot. Large store with many different items for different people.
Good Customer Service if you Speak Chinese I like Central because they are independent and local. However, it is very difficult to deal with Central for service issues because they do not understand business office SYSTEMS and how people actually use the products they offer. I have tried to help them understand, but when I try some thing is lost in the translation. My Go-to Shop for upgrades I've bought the components to build 5-6 machines here as well as upgrades and a laptop. It definitely helps to know exactly what you want when you get helped.
Bad service & unreliable - What a shame! I sent my newly-bought laptop to install a new dual core processor. They promised they could finish in two days. They never called when it was installed. I walked into the store to collect it on the third day without their notification. The laptop was sitting there and it was completed (and they did not call me). Where I go for cables They have a pretty good selection of hardware, but don't expect to go there for assistance! There staff is usually tied up working with other things to assist the people who are there shopping. They have a wide selection of cables, from audio to video to computers, that I have tapped into many different times. They may not have everything in stock at the time, but they replenish quite often. I definitely suggest a browse through if you are in need of hardware for your computer.
