I put a review two months go about the great service. Lately they have become rude and immature. I have come to this place since 2001 and need a loyal customer but now it’s degraded!

THESE PEOPLE HAVE GREAT VIBES!!!! So I went in with a budget and idea and they did everything possible to help me. The made every attempt to fit everything in the FLP02 case I wanted but they recommended the fractal define 7 xl which I LOVE its really nice! I build the computer but the MB I got did not have a manual just the quick install guide. and mistakes were made since my IT knowledge is still 10 years in the past so accidently bust the cmos battery holder off.
