Went here for the first time to get a new custom PC and to repair my old one and the service was awesome. The tech who fixed my PC sent me a detailed text to tell me what was the problem and their store associates guided me on picking out which parts would fit what I want for a PC. Best part is that they don't pressure you so you can pick out the parts you want, bring it home and do more research, go back and swap out to take out things you don't want anymore, and then buy everything there. First and last time purchasing from Central Computers. I bought some computer fans and paid $34.15 for expedited 2-day shipping charge. I received the items after 4 business days and reached out about the delay and that the service level paid for was not fulfilled. Their only response was to blame it on the the carrier. I understand that weather may impact carriers; however, the shipping contract and payment were made directly with Central Computers. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company again.
