First rate service! The best service I have ever received at a body shop!
Owner was extremely disrespectful dealing with customer service. I picked up my van and it wasn't fixed properly the first time. Don't do business with someone that doesn't value their customers. I've never had a man argue with me and get in my face.
Excellent customer service took my truck in called me 3 days later. Truck was completely detailed miss and out.
Central Collision is fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient and I am very pleased with the work on my car. They even washed my car. Looks like new. Will be taking my car back to have some rust repair work done. Very nice receptionist. They contacted the insurance company and kept everything in sync. Also called Enterprise for my ride. I am super impressed with this establishment! They did a gorgeous job on the damage to my car as well as cleaned the inside of my car too! It looks brand new inside and out! Thank you Jake Silcox, you did a great job assisting me, setting everything up, and communicating with me. They also coordinated my rental car with Enterprise. In addition to the very helpful staff, including the receptionist, she was on top of everything and she is very friendly. Thank you so much for the fabulous job. I rated you a five!
