My favorite cafe in charlotte lovely people amazing customer service and my order is made with love and care with a side of consideration! Keep up the good work guys, definitely the highlight of my mornings
Love the coffee, but the customer service needs an overhaul! The last few times I've visited, I barely got a thank you. Yesterday (3/8), the barista just slammed the drink in front of me, and when I said thank you, he barely let out a grunt. Another time, my drink wasn't how I wanted it, they did remake it, however they were not happy about it. Again, my drink was slammed on the counter and not one courteous word was spoken back to me. Ahhhh-mazing lowkey chill vibe. I usually go to Haraz on central ave but today they were busy and the music was loud. Luckily just litera around the corner I found this gem aka “my new spot.” They have music playing low in the background which is a necessity, expresso + more, and plenty of nice seating.
