Very frustrated today. Brought in 2 wheels for new tires. Was told on phone it would be an hour. 2 and a half hours later they were not ready. Also cost for tires was over $100 more than online. I don't mind paying a bit extra to support a local shop, but that was a bit much. And charge for mounting was twice what was quoted on the phone. My friends told me not to go here.....should have listened.

Went in to have my breaks pads replace and warranty work. Now my front breaks are bouncing really bad. They also had my bike for a little over 3 weeks. I ordered a part that I realized that I don't need and they wont take it back at all. Never again will I go to this establishment.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I buy everything my bike needs from them.
