GREAT TO DEAL WITH.
Before money exchanged hands, this realty office went behind my elderly parents backs, and moved the "new buyer" into the house. Days before the closing that the title office gave. Also, due to this illegal business practices of this realty office, my elderly parents did not have a chance to shut off the utilities. This jerk, also did NOT change over the utilities, sticking my elderly parents with excessive costs, worry and stress.
