Compared to our previous management group, of the 249 and 301 Verano D.rive Santa Barbara, The Central Coast property management did a great job fixing several things, like roofing. When we called for a plumbing issue, they didn't chargeus. However, our previous property management before, the central coast, used to charge us for even minor fixing. Katie and Lauren were always helpful and kind with tenants.
I had the best experience working with this company. Katie and rest of staff were professional, responsive to all of my inquiries and requests, nice, and just easy to work with. Thanks central coast!
If I could leave a zero I would! This so called property manager Katy / owner of Central coast real estate is useless!! The most unprofessional, inappropriate and rude individual! Does not know to handle business nor does she know how to deal the public! Please for your own sake n money never use her! She threatened to bill me the tenant for plumbing I'm not responsible for. I was threatened to remove a review or she'll bill me n make sure it looks like I'm at fault! That's just insane! You obviously haven't been in business... read more
