Very bad customer service. The guy who took my call was not helpful at all.
Sharon is amazing! We have been in one of her rentals for a year now. I’m ever so grateful that she accepted us in a tight rental market, and she has been super attentive on the couple occasions we needed her. Happy to have her as our property manager!
We have worked with Sharon for many years now (maybe 10?). She has been a pleasure to work with, has always been responsive and effective, and has connected us to excellent tenants.
Very disappointed in the fact that their application and website state clearly that they Do not do 1st come 1st serve with applications. But that is how they did it when we applied for a property recently. Didn't even bother to look at our application to see if we qualified or take the fee. Didn't seem right and we felt like we wasted our time and efforts. Considering how hard it is to find a reasonable price in the area it was a bummer.
