So incredibly rude. Spoke to both a man and on a separate occasion a woman. When speaking to the man about the cost of a prescription his comment was "don't buy it then". Really? That's your response? Another occasion I spoke to a woman about dosage and in an arrogant tone said they don't make mistakes, it had to be me. They were rude to my husband when he went to pick up an RX, he arrived early and the comment was "we told you it wouldn't be ready until 5". Not kind.. we would never recommend. First I want to say I don’t give many bad reviews but I’ve been customer of but my recent experience was disappointing. I went in to pick up my medications and had a question about one that my doctor changed to an injectable. After waiting for Brent to come out for about five to ten minutes—during which I was the only customer—he approached me without a greeting and grabbed the bag that had my normal meds in them not the one I had a question about when I started to tell him I didn’t have questions in the ones in the bag They... read more

I visited Central Coast Pharmacy for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had to have a new medication compounded for my cat's special needs. I was greeted by a very nice woman and pleasantly surprised by her genuine caring and friendly attitude toward me. She smiled a lot. She knew I'd never used the medication. It took an oral syringe to administer the meds. It was small and appeared to be tailored to cats. With tiny measurement markings.
