Dr. Abutouk missed the diagnosis of failure to thrive in our beautiful 10 week old son who is currently hospitalized and receiving NG tube feeds. He was born weighing 8lb 6oz placing him well above the 50th percentile. He steadily declined in his weight at all of his outpatient appointments down to the 11th percentile at his 2 month checkup. Kind to the family, well educated and good service.
Dr Macias has been an amazing Dr for us for 15 years. He's a 5 star review. But Kristy with referrals cut me off and wouldn't let me finish my question and kept saying am I going to let her finish when she wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Other then her attitude when it comes to my child's health there were no issues with others in the office or on the phone. Message says 10-14 days for a referral and she kept saying we have 14 days.
Love, Love, Love this clinic! The providers here really listen and don't make me feel bad for asking questions. They do not invalidate my feelings or concerns. Dr. Battle is very patient with my very active boys. The only thing I wish was different was access to a patient portal where I can view labs, notes, send messages privately, etc. Even without that, this place is wonderful!
I have nothing but good to say about this office and staff. Everyone is nice to my family. We haven’t waited very long for an appointment as well as when they squeeze my kids on same day appointments. I recommend this office. We see Dr. Battle and she is amazing.
