Dr. Abutouk missed the diagnosis of failure to thrive in our beautiful 10 week old son who is currently hospitalized and receiving NG tube feeds. He was born weighing 8lb 6oz placing him well above the 50th percentile. He steadily declined in his weight at all of his outpatient appointments down to the 11th percentile at his 2 month checkup.
