If I had a 0 star choice that would be it. FIRST TRY for my fasting blood count: at 6:30 AM with a empty waiting room, they couldn't get to me in an hour, so I had to leave for work (so did 3 others). SECOND TRY: 6:30 AM, different location. Waiting room packed with 1+ hour wait. Had to leave for work. THIRD TRY: different location; waiting room overflowing with an hour wait. Who wants to wait 2 hours when you had to fast it's ridiculous, hire more lab techs or reduce the size of the waiting area also the reception desk looks like it was built for little kids who wants to bend down to sign paper work, worst place for getting blood drawn I've ever been!!!
I super appreciate the comfy recliners to hang out in while I'm waiting on my next draw. Everyone has been gentle and prompt.
