I was hospitalized for two weeks for a surgery on my leg. I'm having a really hard time dealing with things and I cannot even walk yet. I've had visits from two nurses Skyler and Cathie. The compassion, professionalism, tact and class they have shown me is unbelievable. These ladies know what they're doing and they like doing it. Extremely disappointed in how my mother SUFFERED because the left hand was not speaking with the right hand and they didn’t have the medicine ordered and called to say it would be available in a week when my mother had 72 hours to live. She was in dire pain for 48 hours. It was a nightmare experience. Hospice called to check in the family 4 days after her demise. My husband and I were blessed to receive excellent hospice care for one month. There was great communcation, prompt and efficient service and supplies, and always, there was kindness and consideration for our needs. Now that John has passed, I find that I will miss the frequent visits for bathing and nursing care, and the kind helpful visitations. The nurses that came and helped me were amazing! I had a hip revision because my hip replacement got staph infection! But the care I received from central coast home health was amazing!!
