Took his time and was very friendly! I brought my then 2 & 3 year old daughters to see him for chronic ear infections. He was very polite and gentle with my daughters. He quickly recommended having tubes placed in both of their ears and guaranteed their health would be much better afterwards. The day of the surgery he thoroughly went over the procedure once more and explained what to expect once they were out of the operating room.
