Most incompetent staff. They cancelled my appointment because they couldn't find the pre authorization for a referral. After some escalation on the phone, turns out the person wasn't looking at the right place.. so they rescheduled the appointment for apparently the original day. TURNS OUT THEY ACCIDENTATLY PICKED THE SAME DATE IN THE FOLLOWING MONTH. I was told there is nothing they can do now, I would have to wait the extra month. Not to mention how rude they were through the whole experience.
I'm so happy to find a Dr. that takes time with their patients and listens. The office staff was wonderful also.
Walking into this place I had high hopes I drove clear out to San Luis thinking the atmosphere would be better as I’m young and nervous and just wanted someone to talk to about my concerns instead as soon as I walked in the girl who called my name wasn’t friendly didn’t say hello just sort of did he job and left whatever that was fine but then the actual doctor came in (Michele Cordova) and was completely rude the whole entire time. Other than some minor office issues with the pre-procedure appointment due to COVID, in the end, my colonoscopy experience was as good as it could be. Dr. Brown was super personable, professional, and he answered all my questions and made me feel very reassured about the procedure. I did find that the instructions for the wonderful preparation drink called for an over the counter item in a bottle size that I couldn't find anywhere so I had to adjust and measure ounces. I personally really enjoy the new doctor here. He knows what he is doing and talking about. Not sure about the other reviews as I wasn't pressured into taking any new meds. But they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
