I saw Dr. England in the Santa Maria office after a short wait due to my early arrival. The review of my labs and scans was thorough and explained very well. I'm happy with my visit.
The staff here was mostly rude and disrespectful including the supervisor Victoria. If you are looking for a good endocrine doctor with a terrible staff and this is your place but my suggestion find somewhere else
Absolutely the worst Dr. experience i have ever had. Dr. Lai would belittle you and their billing system is terrible. I finally had to drive to their office and pay my bills instead of mailing so I would have a receipt. When I paid by mail they would cash my checks and then keep telling me I still owed them, then ask me for a copy of the cancelled check. Dr. Kenect was good but i would sit in the waiting room for hours for him to show up. It's amazing that they are allowed to practice like this. Shame on them... They get a 1... read more
