Josephine was extremely kind and patient during my skin exam, biopsy, and in-office surgery. Being that ANY medical procedure makes me anxious, I felt reassured and validated because she had no problem answering any question I had calmly and in detail. I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
This establishment is part of the problem of why our medical systems is what it is today. The front desk 100 % incompentecy . The billing department is rude and un professional. I would highly suggest finding a different dermatologist to do business with .

They were able to get me in for an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and provided prompt treatment.
Dr. Kunkle is the Best! He actually researched and looked through a microscope himself to find out what is going on with me. Very Thorough and caring man!
