It is never fun when you have the need to use this company however I will say the people with this company are very Efficient considerate and absolutely understand what they're doing. They were very responsive and showed up on time and evaluated and more than we expected needs to be done. They started the process almost immediately as soon as we were able to give them access to the home. There are multiple pieces in this moving process and they are coordinating it all thank you very much!

Started working with CCCR in January for water damage. Poor communication, behind schedule, surprise charges, and unprofessional emails. I will not be working with them again.

Did excellent work several years ago in rapid responding to a water leak in the kitchen. Needed some drywall removed earlier this year in the garage due to a roof leak. The work was completed timely and in a safe manner. I did feel that they were too conservative and that too much drywall was removed. No mold was found. The quote to replace the drywall was very pricey and I did not use them for that.
