We made a complaint about the clinic to the health commissioner, about Dr Keifes who refused to give my mother palliative care for no other reason than because he was told to. They forced us to watch my mother pass and suffer in unimaginable pain and misery during COVID-19, without any relief for her Stage IV Lung Cancer at all. Awful experience, took my son to get his ezema looked at. I’ve been doing everything the peadrician recommended and this old lady tried to bring me down as a young mother acting like I’m not capable and trying to act like she knows my son better then I do and trying to tell me I need help at home when I don’t need help, which is also irrelevant when I came for a ezema check up and for more cream
VERY POOR FEE COMMUNICATION. The price of appointment is not made clear until after. The doctor (Marya Saqib) wasted time in our appointment to try and make the time longer and therefore make her more money**. Make sure you have agreed the price prior to appointment as both staff members I asked avoided the question and said they were unsure about the price. Thank you to Dr Saqib so professional and takes time to fully explain my health situation and arrange for urgent treatment needed at the time. Also follow up calls to check on mental health issues that may arise, always so prepared prior to appointment and encourages me to ask questions. Cannot ask for better service provided by Dr. Saqib, thank you.
