Extremely Disappointing Experience What is the point of booking an appointment if you’re still going to be left waiting for almost 2 hours? An appointment is supposed to mean that a specific time has been reserved for you, not that you show up on time and then sit around for hours waiting to be seen. I understand that clinics can get busy and unexpected situations can happen, but waiting nearly two hours without a reasonable explanation is extremely frustrating and disrespectful of patients’ time.
