Initial visit with Dr and reception was very good. Dr asked that I followup with him 3 weeks later via phone call If I had not received an apt with Dr he referred me to. 1 day short of 3 weeks I called office to setup phone call with Dr. After 4 attempts that day with no one answering the phone call I then booked an apt online for 2 days later in office, it was an early morning apt.
