Doctor was okay but reception does not know how to process medicare. Kept insisting “does not work for digital bank card, only physical card” and also did not provide any further guidance on how to proceed. Other clinics have been able to process with a digital bank card so why not this clinic? It’s 2025 and the staff still cant be trained to process medicare digitally? I was really disappointed about how my last appointment went with Dr. Gordon. I've been seeing her for a while and had no complaints, but how she disregarded my concerns this time is definitely not okay with me. I got a mild allergic reaction to a food while I was at work (I'm a FIFO worker) and instead of prescribing me a test to find out what I'm allergic to (as the nurse who treated me while I was at work told me the GP would do because a mild allergic reaction could progress to anaphylaxis), I was pretty much told to mak... read more

I have been a patient here for just over 20 years. I keep attending Central City Medical because of the high level of care I receive from all staff, even though I live forty minutes out of the city. Professional, compassionate, and highly skilled, all medical staff are five stars. Dr IP is my current physician, and when he greets me with a welcoming smile I know I will be listened to, and encouraged to actively engage in dealing with any health issues.
